Tishina / InternalSecurityPolicy

Tishina's role as security for Coruvs may at times cross over from securing Corvus from external threat to securing Corvus from internal threat. While this falls under our responsibilities, we also have a responsibility to the crews, residents and guests to provide a safe home not only from external and internal threats, but also from overreach from an oppressive security force.

  • Tishina's mission is primarily focused on external threat to Corvus. Focus on internal security shall be minimal, and only when a specific situation is shown to warrant it.
  • Corvus crew members, Tishina crew members, residents and guests of Corvus shall enjoy a right to privacy on Corvus.
  • General surveillance will be restricted to specific sensitive areas of Corvus as defined by Corvus captain and shall never encroach into public, common or private areas of Corvus except for short durations when approved by captain of Corvus, and an immediate demonstrable need for additional security is present. At such times, all crews, residents and guests shall be informed that such security is active, and where it is active.
  • Secret surveillance is prohibited, except in private areas with approval from captain of Corvus and commander of Tishina in conjuction with a specific investigation and purpose that constitutes a real threat to the ship or crew, or approval of the resident or owner of such private area.
  • Internal investigations against members of Corvus crew, residents or guests must be communicated and approved by captain of Corvus.
