Expectations from all crew members
- All crew is expected to perform duties consistent with providing safety and security to Corvus and Tishina.
- All crew is to respect the right of privacy to all other Tishina and Corvus crew members, guests, and residents.
- All crew is expected to train regularly with the crew as a whole or in part, and personally, to improve personal and teamwork skills for ground operations, and for space operations. Each crew member will be assigned a team and a role and/or special focus within the ground operations team framework, and another within the space operations team framework, based on their skills, the needs of the team as a whole, and their own personal goals.
- All crew at all times should be on lookout for potential jobs for Tishina, according to our job policy.
- All crew is to treat all other crew with respect and dignity befitting the bonds of a crew.
- All crew is to treat with respect differences of opinions, preferences, and beliefs.
